Positives: Eveything was clean, great location, breakfast was Great, a huge variety, one of the best spreads I’ve seen at a hotel, and we’ve been to MANY.

Negatives: Bed was not the most comfortable, just ok. Temperature in the room was warm even having the thermostat set to 68. There was no toiletries, like mini lotion, shower cap etc. You can usually find that in hotel bathrooms for convenience.

Positives: Three stars for the breakfast attendant. She was the nicest person I met down there! Thank you for being so very kind.
Negatives: While I was making a coffee I was able to hear the guys at the front desk questioning whether I'm a girl or a boy. I recently survived TRIPLE NEGATIVE BREAST CANCER so I don't have much hair. They LOUDLY were talking about whether or not I was a "transgender." I'm 41 years old, and do not look my age, so I'm sure being a cancer patient wasn't on their mind, but come on! Is Indiana Pennsylvania so backwards that they didn't even consider I had a problem? It was extremely disheartening, made me feel small and useless, and I will NEVER patronize this hotel ever again. I grew up in Nanty-Glo, so I understand the small minded thinking. What I don't understand is how you can talk so loudly about someone and get away with it in front of their face. I was so embarrassed I crawled back to my room to hide. There needs to be some type of training on how to handle guests that may look different. The people who work the front desk were cold, rude, and opinionated. Not a very good look for a Hampton Inn. Do better.

Negatives: The pillows were not comfortable and they looked like the pillow cases had not been changed. The room was either freezing or burning up.....It was too cold and adjusting the thermostat didn't go smoothly.
