Positives:
Mattress too soft, killed my back, could not get restful sleep. Television was unwatchable, Remote wouldn't work unless you held it 6 inches from the receptor at the base of the TV. Had it replaced once,but kept switching back to demonstration mode. Just didn't want the hassle to do it again. It was satellite TV with no local stations or local news.

Older building without modern comfort that I am used to at other hotels at i have stayed at. Checked out first thing in the morning, just wanted to get out.

Coffee maker broken. If serving breakfast, at least have the coffee machine fixed, or go out and buy a new machine. The hotel was full because of 9/11 remembrance. Take advantage and go above and beyond.

Positives:
Raj and Vishal were superb, as was the rest of the staff. There was a brief power outage in progress due to a storm when I arrived. The staff handled this inconvenience masterfully. I was able to check into my room immediately after a very long drive, they even assisted me with my luggage all the way to my room! Very nice accommodations, everything was top notch. Best place to stay when visiting Johnstown!!!!!!

Positives:
The gentleman “KP” behind the desk was as nice, friendly and accommodating as you would want. The room was decent but in need of some minor repairs/upgrades but nothing I would complain about given the price I paid.
Negatives:
Not the hotel staffs fault but I had the worst person above me on the next floor with a child that was running and jumping off the bed from the sounds of it. I went to their room and asked nicely if they could stop and he just shut the door on me. I went back to my room and the man decided to join his child in stopping on the floor.
I packed up and left in the middle of the night, drove a little further and slept in my car closer to my destination.

The front desk gal was more than hospitable, warm and endearing . The location was perfect for our two day stay. Parking was easy. Nice sheets and pillows. TY.
Negatives:
A/c unit vent was covered in black mold. Cleaned it myself with Clorox serious best I could. Carpet in room was sticky to walk upon and made the bottom of my feet dirty. Had to wash them before going to bed.
