It smelled of smoke and marijuna. I was told it was a smoke free hotel. We had to leave after the first night because I have asthma and I was wheezing. The shower had mold in it. I would never stay there again

The location was good, as I had meetings in and around King of Prussia.
Negatives:
My room smelled a little like smoke, and there was NO coffee available after 8 am. The front desk people seemed more interested in chatting with each other than making sure coffee was available - ESPECIALLY since breakfast/coffee was advertised as an amenity.

The facadethe of the hotel is nice and seems to be well maintained. Our initial impression was ok. However on closer inspection it was the most run down dirty hotel we ever had the misfortune to stay at.

However after entering everything went downhill. The elevator needed sweeping and cleaning. When we got our floor the smell of musty dirty carpets was awful and there were many dirt stains. Our room initially appeared old but tidy. Then we saw the bathroom! It was the worst bathroom I have ever seen. The peeling paint inside the tub was bad enough but the dirt. Most disgusting was the dirty toilet with fecal material and mold! Less importantly- their breakfast is a grab and go coffee station. the dint service breakfast

Staff was rude. They gave my room away even though I called twice and asked them not to because I was definitely going to b there and they guaranteed they wouldn't. No one could help me. Customer care is not open on weekends.
