The place was absolutely dirty, room were not as advertised, no breakfast, the customer WAS ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL to say the least, it was mold in the bathroom as well the toilets didn’t flash was given a plunger as the guest which is unacceptable. I want a refund because this is unforgivable

To be honest, nothing was to expectations. The toilet was broken, the shower was broken and the cost of the room for what we received was entirely too much.

Nothing at all. This place stunk in the first room we were placed and was infested with fleas and my partner, and I were bit up. They moved us to another room on a different floor and the smell was atrocious. It smelt like dirty diapers. And when we talked to the staff, they said that we would have a refund and they never gave us the refund. They also made me put down a deposit even though I paid for room with card and we never got the deposit back either. And when they change the room we went to because the first one was infested with fleas. They downsized us.

It took almost half an hour to get checked in. Took over 20mins to come to the front and event then they looked like they didn't even want to be there. I have stayed at many hotels and never had to have to have a "deposit" that I now have to wait to get back. Wish the booking said that ahead of booking the stay. The photos did not match what we saw when we booked. It said there was a breakfast dining area and that ened up being on some sort of dresser. Room was out of date and needed refurbishing. Bathroom really needs to be redone as there is rust and only two settings for the shower (burn face off or freeze your butt off). Total stay was not worth the lack of quality that this place had.

Positives:
The suite was nice and clean, but I didn't realize that we would have to request all of the dishes and silverware we needed. And that they did not have an ice machine only ice cube trays in the fridge but of course we had to fill them and wait for them to freeze. The laundry facilities were great. The breakfast consisted of granola bars, breakfast bars and some packaged muffins. And coffee

The dish set wasn't complete. The bathroom needs to be redone, the tub was chipped away a rusty, the kitchen sink was also rusty. The tub was also slippery and needs a bath mat.
