The room was smaller than I thought for a suite, their was obvious signs of water damage from a previous flood, the room smelled musty, their was a crack in the counter, ceiling, and the lighting was horrible. It gives the impression of a motel VS. Hotel for sure.

A good economic option for...

I had to wait over 30 minutes for someone at the desk to check me in, when i had already booked in advance. I called the corporate office and they tried to call the desk i was at, to reach someone and they couldn't reach anyone either. They took my name and number and told me that they would call me while I was at the hotel to talk about giving me some compensation for having to wait so long and I drove from 5 hours away and they never called. After that he finally came and said they're short staffed and he was on lunch break. I don't want the kid to get in trouble cause he seemed like a good kid, but he shouldn't be by himself. That's on management. My room didn't even have a remote to the TV and I had to go to the desk for that smh. It was a really bad experience to go through when you came from a 5 hour drive and you just want to relax and at least if you can't get that, you should be properly compensated for that. That Extended Stay in King of Prussia is very unorganized and nobody should be at the service desk by themselves to where they go on a lunch break and unintentionally have people waiting over 30 minutes and having the corporate office call and them not getting no answer either. Very Disappointed
