Asked for a credit card upon registering. Room was already paid. Receipt of bill when I got home showed a parking fee and tax. Unexpected. Thought I had free parking.

I liked that our room was ready once we arrived. The front desk clerk was very kind and fast. I loved the fact that I could get coffee 24 hours of the day. I’m a big coffee drinker. Our room was clean and our floor was quiet!
Negatives:
I didn’t like the breakfast! There were very limited items to choose from. The meat available was pork! The waffle maker takes forever and it’s only one. That early in the morning people don’t want to stand for too long waiting for food.

Very nice rooms. Plenty of room. Location close to historical area and airport.
Negatives:
Parking is an issue. The hotel has no parking. There is an open lot across the street. They charge $48 per day which does include in and out access. I was pretty concerned about the rental car being safe as there were no barriers to access and there were several homeless people who hung out around the area. Hotel staff did say there were a number of security cameras and the lot was well lit. The car was fine. Our room was on the 3rd floor so there was some noise from the street even late at night.

The breakfast and coffee were excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is great for shopping very close to King of Prussia Mall as well as other strip malls with Target and Hobby Lobby, Old Navy. Good restaurants close by as well.

The location is central to all shopping and quick access to the highway; however , if you are on floors 1-4 and on the side of the highway. It is all you will hear all night long is constant highway traffic. Either gets some earplugs or move to the other side of the hotel to a higher floor. The laundry facilities were out of service.
