After unpacking i realized the first room i had on the 7th floor with a king bed and couch did not have a working toilet- there was no water in it. After being moved to the 6th floor, i realized i was downgraded to a room with two queen beds. After unpacking for the second time i realized the outlets near the bed did not work and would not keep my wall block in the outlet. Due to being exhausted from a work conference I stayed in the room. When going to shower the next morning I found numerous hairs in the shower BEFORE SHOWERING THAT WERE NOT MINE!

It’s always welcoming and feels...

The location and the price are the best thing about this hotel, the breakfast is good, parking available but for extra (not to much, few dollars)

When I booked I mentioned that I need a crib for my baby but since they say that they can’t see the requests added in Booking I called 3 weeks before I go and they said call the same day to remind them, so I called the day of arrival to be surprised that they are telling me that there crib is broken and they can’t provide one at some point to agent was telling to go look at other hotels which I didn’t appreciate at all and it’s not even an option because it’s paid. Anyway after a long conversation I waited for about an hour for a call back and fortunately and surprisingly they provided a crib
