The location was great access to shopping , food etc ..

The water pressure could have been better and tht also need to check rooms With the water stains on the ceiling tht can be easily fixed I had to look up at a stain which wasn’t great but overall I truly enjoyed my stay every one was very friendly I would stay here again it wasn’t too far from the venue i attended for two days ( roots picnic Mann park outdoor concert )

Poor customer service. Room service took three days to clean and even when they did it was horrible
Positives:
Check in was super smooth, Staff was very professional, helpful and welcoming. The room and pool were clean(pool needs improvement with stocking towels). I also loved that breakfast was included and most of the tv channels were free(FRRE WIFI). Really great place to stay and in a good area with so many major stores and food places around the corner. My family and I will definitely be back!

The room was clean and spacious, and the breakfast was buffet style but with plenty of options.
The location is away from major highways and made for a quieter stay.
Negatives:
The front desk wasn't always present. We asked for more towels, but it took 4hrs to receive them. I'll forgive this as they had 2 big functions happening during our stay, and staffing seemed stretched.
