Motel 6 King of Prussia

Negatives: Access to rooms .. poor Customer Service was very bad and rude Room smelled of Alcohol and floor and things were yuck Phone and tv remote didnt work Bath tub was slippery. I fell and my granddaughter fell no safety bars - I booked for late check in - have email showed to the person and he said after 6 room is canceled - I booked two rooms and then had to pay - then he gave me one room ! We had to all stay in one room!!!

Negatives: Chose this hotel due to price and location. The hallway smelled awful - like a mixture of vomit and bleach. Room had smell from hall - had to purchase an air freshener to get rid of the smell in the room so we could stay there. No coffee maker, no hair dryer, no shampoo - again had to buy all of these things. The floor in the hallway and room entry were squishy/soft. Washcloths were almost worn completely through. Holes in the bed covers. TV channels did not match the guide. Person at check in obviously did not want to be there and I believe we were seriously inconveniencing him by checking in. I've stayed at Motel 6 before in other locations and had no complaints. This one was COMPLETELY different.

Negatives: Staff was absolutely unaccommodating and mocked me. I should has listened to the reviews online.

Negatives: It was dirty the security door lock didnt lock the rooms were nasty smelled like someone was there right before me and sprayed a gallon of cologne

Negatives: But no alarm clock (not even a Gideon's Bible, lol) and I woke up to what sounded like a belt sander grinding something at 8am (perhaps ripping carpet up?). I reserved a room with a king bed only to arrive and be told none available, so I had a queen bed. Same price, so not a big deal, but not the way to conduct business. If something is reserved with a credit card, it should be what was reserved.
