I was a little disappointed with one of the front desk staff members. I asked what time the pool closed, and the man wasn’t sure, so he asked his coworker. She was very short and rude. She said, “The pool closes at 11, but say 9. Sometimes they clean it at night.” At that point it was 9. The man just shrugged at her answer because we clearly heard her tell him to tell us it closed earlier than it did. I understood that she was busy, but she ignored us, and couldn’t have been bothered to talk to us for a moment. We weren’t in a hurry, we were waiting patiently. I just felt that it was a bit rude. Again, I understand that people are busy, and I understand that pools require a lot of maintenance. It just felt like she was making up a reason for the pool being closed at that moment.

Prom was going on the entire weekend so we were told we had to drive around and wait for a parking spot or drive down to a overflow parking lot and shuttle over. didn’t seem ideal since we were actually paying to stay there. People were making their own parking spots and it was a mess. Also, the booking says breakfast is included but it is not. That is misleading. The rooms aren’t sound proof at all either. Could hear all conversations clearly next door and then blaring music all night. Heard doors opening and people running around. Was not a good nights sleep. Bed was comfortable but pillows very flat. Bathroom nice and big but shower has horrible water pressure and hairs found all over the floor. The door to shut the bathroom was filthy.
