The location is close to the King of Prussia Mall. The bar staff was very friendly. The room was comfortable and easy to adjust the temperature.
Negatives:
The lengthy line for check in, due to the check-in app not working. I was given a room key already assigned to another family. I walked into the room, and the family and I were both startled. Working in corrections and knowing what people are capable of, that was clearly a situation where I could've been shot, a child could have been hurt and Only Lord knows what else could have happened. I was compensated with a $50 voucher for the bar/store for the inconvenience. Reasoning for the "mishap" was a glitch in the system. Children were running around, all over, all ages, unsupervised, even at the bar during the late hours of the night. The location of my room was very, very far from the elevator. Even my uncles room, wheelchair bound, was in the same section on a different floor.
