Great lobby with a nice buzzing bar to one end of it. Staff were attentive and main areas well dressed for Christmas.

1. Sink was clogged and had no drain stopper in it when we arrived.
2. Shower was not that clean
3. Starbucks staff didn’t know how to make the drinks and wasn’t the friendliest
