Location to highway & food/shopping. Affordable rate but this is a motel so dont expect much.
Negatives:
Bed wasnt that comfortable and the fitted sheet had stains (they smelled clean but bleach didnt remove stains thoroughly). Just throw the linens away at that point. No breakfast not that Id eat it from here but wanted to mention so people are aware.

Overall, it was fine. You get what you pay for, but man, those beds were TERRIBLE. Probably the worst mattresses I've slept on in any hotel, ever. My whole family complained of their shoulders and backs hurting when they woke up the next morning.

I liked the proximity of this motel to the city center as well as to convenience stores and restaurants. Yet at the same time it was in a quiet area.In addition there was a very big desk in the room, and parking right in front of the room.
