Negatives: All was fine!

Negatives: No breakfast because of a suite room.

Negatives: There was a hole in the wall from a towel knob that had fallen out that hadn’t been patched yet but it was only esthetic and didn’t affect our stay.

Negatives: The black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom in our room. #318. And the pool hours.

Negatives: There is nothing I didn't like. We've been coming to Lancaster Pennsylvania for at least 5 years

Negatives: Nothing to dislike

Negatives: Requested a handicapped bathroom but they said none were available. A large RV was parked on the side of the building everyone being entertained in and outside the RV, the RV awning and rugs and even a large plasma TV. The children were out of control and yelling and running everywhere. They were tossing a ball and bouncing the balls off cars in the parking lot. We spoke to the manager and he witnessed what was going on, did nothing but said to us it was a sports team and they were paying customers! So was everyone else that had rooms but all of us had to put up with the noise from both adults and children but apparently the manager either didn't want to deal with it or didn't care. This all took place at 8 pm and we were on the third floor and heard all of those people outside loud and clear. The only reason they all went in was because it started raining and thundered and lightened and the storm got more intense. Never will we stay at Candlewood again, you have to go through Booking.com to purchase lodging and although there was a 25% a night room discount we were never giving it while booking a room for three nights. This is even calling the hotel directly to book but the call goes to Booking.com and those prices were extremely high compared to what Candlewood advertised for the same room. I always book directly with the hotel we are staying at but was not able to get lodging without being rerouted to Booking.com every time I tried the direct phone number to the hotel. It ended up costing us $612.00 for a three night stay and because I couldn't get directly to the hotel the discount was never applied for the offered rate of 25% off each night. There were other things that happened but we're not even addressed after the manager did nothing about the RV problem we just dealt with it. Word of mouth is a better way to deal with it our, friends canceled their recent 6 night reservation after we told them about our incident.

Negatives: There was no breakfast. Also the person at the front desk always seemed to be away from the desk. The ac unit in the room was confusing.

Negatives: Not a fan of the bed linens (duvet)

Negatives: Was supposed to be for a disabled person. The only thing it had was a grab bar in the bathroom that was not near anything. Toilet was so low on the ground, it was terrible for anyone with arthritis.
