Negatives: All good

Negatives: The truck traffic on the highway was a little too noisy, especially the jake breaks on them. The breakfast could have maybe some meat.

Negatives: No negatives. Room was a little high but it was a holiday weekend.

Negatives: The front desk staff was not friendly and they changed frequently. Most of the breakfast items were awful. We had to ask for housekeeping on the second morning of our stay. Why should we have to ask? The cleaning lady was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Only thing obvious was trash was taken out and bed was made. Not sure if the sheets were changed. Fresh glasses and a new bag for the ice bucket would have been nice. The bathroom could use an update Single sink without counter space. Only a small table for cosmetics, etc. Our room was directly across from the dining area. On our last night there was a party in the room that became very loud as the night went on. By 11:30 a call was made to the front desk to ask that the party be told to tone it down so we could sleep. Why was this noise even allowed? There were plenty of other rooms across the hall from this room. We will be looking for other places to stay when we come to Lancaster again next year.

Negatives: Bedbugs! My husband got bites on his back, legs and hand. When we contacted the hotel they told him he got them somewhere else. He had an allergic reaction and his doctor said they were bedbugs bites. He got them the next morning after our stay. We have given them over 2 weeks to contact us back and they havent. They hung up on him when he called. So not sure if they have treated the room.
