I originally booked with your hotel to attend my brother's wedding in Lancaster. However, because of a plane cancellation, I was in another state for the first night of my reservation. I telephoned your hotel to let someone know my situation and would not make the first night reservation. The hotel agent was very kind and said she would cancel my original reservation but reschedule for the last 2 of 3 nights. I thankfully agreed.
When I got to the hotel the next day after an exhausting night of plane travel, I was told my status was a NO show, and I would be charged a fee. I was told there was no room at the inn. One agent recommended another Hilton facility, so I headed there where I received compassion, help, and a beautiful, clean room. The likelihood of my ever staying at Home2Suites again is very low. Staff was friendly. Ample parking space. Location can be little tricky depending on where you are driving from, but the building has big neon sign, so it was not difficult to locate.

Location, price and staff was great breakfast was just ok bby the one thing that was unacceptable I went bad to my room to do a last check and use bathroom BEFORE I checked out and cleaning lady was there already I didn’t get to use the bathroom and once again I did not check out and they were already cleaning my room. I find out to be unacceptable.
Negatives:
Staff at Front Desk should’ve apologized for their error and not tell me that maybe they saw me leave that is not an answer to my question of why there was somebody in my room before check out and I find it hard to believe none of the bathrooms have locks

Perfect for our family, clean, friendly, great breakfast, comfortable bed. The kitchen set up in the room is really convenient. It is so nice to drink out of a ceramic mug away from home.

The pool was not heated. The water fountain was broken in the pool area but other than that it was great.
