I originally booked with your hotel to attend my brother's wedding in Lancaster. However, because of a plane cancellation, I was in another state for the first night of my reservation. I telephoned your hotel to let someone know my situation and would not make the first night reservation. The hotel agent was very kind and said she would cancel my original reservation but reschedule for the last 2 of 3 nights. I thankfully agreed.
When I got to the hotel the next day after an exhausting night of plane travel, I was told my status was a NO show, and I would be charged a fee. I was told there was no room at the inn. One agent recommended another Hilton facility, so I headed there where I received compassion, help, and a beautiful, clean room. The likelihood of my ever staying at Home2Suites again is very low. Kitchenette was clean and good size. Bed was clean. Air conditioning was working great.
Staff was friendly. Ample parking space. Location can be little tricky depending on where you are driving from, but the building has big neon sign, so it was not difficult to locate.
