Positives:
Elevator was close to our room as we requested, My husband has a very hard time walking so this was perfect. The hotel is close to where everything is happening.
Negatives:
The hallways smelled funny, was supposed to be non smoking but I could still tell. At least once we were in our room it wasn't bad. We were there 3 nights and each only had one bath towel, hand towel and washcloths so after the second day I had to go searching for some fresh towels. The bathroom door had a hole in it.

Positives:
You can't beat the price. Staff is super friendly. Good location. Mini fridge and microwave are nice. Laminate floors instead of carpet is a plus. Beds are fairly comfortable.
Negatives:
The pillows! They are not comfortable and there are no pillow protectors which is kind of gross.
The towels are absolutely terrible. They are old and dingey.

I've stayed in a lot of hotels throughout my life and read a lot of horrid reviews, but this place lived up to the hype. The room was filthy. There were stains on every surface of the room, there was a layer of dust on everything, and my kids found a live roach in the bathroom (and a smashed dead one on the wall). I've never left a place so fast - we lasted 5 minutes. The floor was littered with hair and food debris, the towels were tinged black, and even the view from our 3rd floor window was obstructed by some weird orange mud (?) spatter of some sort. The staff was apologetic and issued us a refund, but I would never recommend this place to anyone. Ever.

The location of the hotel was perfect. Hotel staff was very friendly and tried their best to accommodate us. Unfortunately, Management was nowhere to be found.
Negatives:
The bathroom light in my room did not work. Maintenance came and was not able to fix the light. There were no other rooms to place my family at that time. Due to the situation my family stayed in the room for a 30 percent discount. Then the TV would not work. Could not be fixed. Could not get another TV. My son was complaining of being bitten and he kept itching. To find "BED BUGS" in the bed he was sleeping in. At this point we went to a different hotel. Trying to reach a manager was very difficult. Due to this situation, I expected a full refund. No manager would return my phone call regarding this matter. Very disappointed. Would not ever stay at this hotel, ever.

Bed was bit hard for me. Tub was a little slippery. Needs texture to keep from slipping. Very noisy from other people staying there. I've never stayed were there wasn't small toiletries. We had trouble with electric when we checked. Manager got it fixed right away. We won't stay there again or at Motel 6 again
