The staff was extremely rude, I went to the office to pay for another day and was told the system was down I expressed to the gentleman that I needed to keep my room and he assured me we wouldn't have any issues to come back in the am, when my husband went in the am he was told that the girl couldn't check hinin and had to wait until 1030 at which time was told there were no more rooms and we had to leave she was very unprofessional and rude I wouldn't stay at Lancaster Motel 6 again if my life depended on it we had to take all of our belongings and find a new room in the middle of the afternoon but we are so much more happier.
