Negatives: We arrived late Friday night. My husband drove 8+ hours to get me and my granddaughter. I booked this through Booking.com, who should be ashamed to even list this dump. From the time we walked in the room it had an odor and felt dirty. I checked the beds to make sure they had been changed because it was late and we are traveling with my disabled granddaughter who needed to go to bed. The carpet beside the bed smelled of dog and feet. The bathroom smelled of urine and had a dirt ring in the tub. The next morning my husband went to the front desk and was told that the maid does not come until 9. The person gave him some cleaner and a rag and a shower curtain so we could at least take a shower. We left at 10:40am and came back at 10 pm the room was never cleaned. I called the front desk and was told I needed to leave a sign on the door to have the maid clean our room. We were never told that at check-in nor did we have a sign in our room. I'm under the impression that this hotel is a place for the low income or evicted people who need a place to stay. It was also not safe because you could access the rooms through the side door. Also, there signs throughout that said no smoking and Marijuana was wreaking throughout the halls. I am beyond repulsed and upset that I paid $188 to stay in this filthy cesspool. I am hoping we will receive some compensation for this. Either way I will leave this review on every booking forum so people are aware and don't make the same mistake I did.

Negatives: I want to cancel this booking without fee because the room is too dirty

Negatives: The room was dirty. There was a broken ironing board leaning against a wall, the desk chair should have been replaced, the commode seat was broken. Someone opened a window that had no screen. The tub was stained and looked dirty.

Negatives: I walked into the building and saw a roach on the wall. the batteries from my smoke detector have been removed, the remote is broken, there’s some brown dripping on each wall, a dead stink bug on the wall, a long black hair in my bed ( I have short ashy blond hair), the toilet seat has dark stains on it, should I keep going?

Negatives: Nothing about this place ,there were roaches ants all over, in the tub ,the walls ,the sink leaked, it was gross.

Negatives: Ceiling was dirty. Bathroom door wouldn’t close because of hump in floor. wrong toilet seat on toilet. Bed was very uncomfortable
