Negatives: Room was much smaller than it looked in the photos and smaller than any previous hotel room I have been in. The people in the room above us seemed to have children and they were bouncing around before 7 AM on our first morning there and even at other times you could hear people up there through the ceiling. This was the first hotel that I recall that did not have coffee in the room nor did it have a micro wave. There was only one ice machine and it was on the first floor and the plastic ice buckets did not have a cover so the ice melted faster than if the bucket could be covered. The lights over the bed were bright so that was fine but one switch turned on all 3 so if someone in one of the beds wanted to sleep and others wanted to stay up and read you could not leave the lights on for them. Should have individual switches over each bed or a switch that lets you turn on 1 2 or all 3 lights. They ran out of eggs on Tue and people had to wait several minutes for that to be restocked. I would think you wold have some idea of the number of people staying and have enough food prepared and ready to go. I do not like to have my clothes sitting out on shelves (there were no dressers with draws) so that was also a first. Never had a room that did not have drawers so you didn't have to leave cloths sitting out in the open or keeping them in your suitcase.

Negatives: Noise from the highway was very loud. Maybe adding a sound machine or heavy curtains to soften the noise.

Negatives: The staff was very professional. The overall hotel was nice. The room we stayed in was clean, looked good and the self serve breakfast that was included in the price was good.
