Some lights in the lobby were flickering and while eating breakfast it got super annoying because it went on and off. Also the room wasn’t cleaned too good, had last guests leftovers in the fridge and a small dirty towel under the bathroom counter.

Clean, comfortable. We have relatives in Lancaster and have been using this hotel for several years - very happy with it.
Staff is friendly and helpful.
Breakfast is not bad.
Negatives:
Price could be a little cheaper/discounted. -but it is not enough of an issue to have us stay elsewhere.
I have checked prices at other hotels in the area, but we had a few very bad experiences with other places years ago when we first started making trip there. We are very happy with Tru Hilton - just wish it were a little cheaper
