Negatives: Very disgusted..travel from New York with my 2 small children to stay for 2 nights..was planning to take them to sesame place in the morning…because I arrived too late in the morning to my reservation I was told my reservation was cancelled.i never received a call, email nothing.. standing in a town I am not familiar with with my 2 babies was very disturbing..left stranded outside now to find a completely different hotel…who ever that lady was at the front desk need to do a class in a customer service...her attitude about the situation was very disappointing.

Negatives: They ran out of coffee. I didn't have a vehicle and there wasn't a store in walking distance. Also, when I pay online, i should be told upfront that i have to have a security deposit. My boss was paying for the room, but I had to pay the deposit because his card could not be taken over the phone. This needs to be fixed!

Positives: It was close to sesame place. I booked a hotel not a motel which this is more like.

Negatives: I booked a non smoking room. There was an odor in the room from cleaning chemicals and underling hint of smoke. I have asthma and a 2 yr old. I did not stay on the room. I paid for a clean odor free room and it unfortunately was not what I could stay in. People Drinking beer outside and it felt unsafe.

Positives: I liked that the location was close to where we were going

Negatives: The lady at the front desk was absolutely nasty from the time that I have gotten there, she’s miserable!!! When I got there to check in the lobby/ office was locked and I had to wait for 5-10 min for the lady to come back to be able to even check in and she was very rude, I asked to pay with cash n she was gave a nasty response, then when we asked for extra towels and stuff she gave it to use with an attitude tbh she needs to be fired!
