The room was great, clean when we arrived, staff was friendly. We were there to see family so we didn't use the fitness center or pool, but if we had more time, that would have been nice!
Negatives:
Breakfast was a little disappointing. I have celiac disease, which means no gluten, and fear of cross contamination had me choosing yogurt, when there wasn't other gluten free options. Unfortunately eggs weren't available one morning and the morning they were available the hotel was short staffed so it took a bit to get something for myself.

Offered to get local information on attractions since our plans were rained out. Great location. Price for suite is great. The rooms were beautifully decorated and spacious

The "check-in" girl was not pleasant. I checked in and had a copy of my confirmation from Booking.com. She stated that I had no reservation but then found it another date. I had called Booking.com and spoke to "Cori"?? as I had mistakenly given the incorrect dates. She made the change of the correct date and then indicated she would need to call the "Property" for pricing. She came back on stating the "Property" accepted the same rate. This check-in girl informed me that Booking.Com NEVER called to make the changes. She was not pleasant and it was not our fault. We did get a room and from there on out, it went well.
