The hotel was very clean with a comfortable atmosphere. Friendly staff, we requested a late checkout and they provided it with no problem! There was also a good selection of food for breakfast.
Negatives:
Prices were expensive for two nights, considering the location (depending on the day) can be over 30-40 minutes away from Hershey Park.

This is the first hotel where live music, presented by a talented duo, was offered with the breakfast. I especially enjoyed the fresh scones and blueberry muffins in the breakfast offering.
Negatives:
Although the hot water tank was on the fritz, we still had adequate hot water for showers.

They had an ant problem we had to keep our things in the closet and bathroom or they got ants on them we told them they sprayed but didn’t wait till we left the room for the day I am highly sensitive to insecticides then we got back that evening the ants were back

The staff at this hotel was very pleasant. It means a lot to feel comfortable when away from home and the smiling, helpful staff the Hampton Inn was such a plus. I want to give a special shout out to Dorina, Alba and Sabrina; they were so helpful and kind.

Positives:
Breakfast was a great variety every day. They even had some flavored waffles along with the regular batter. There was an attendant at breakfast that kept it all cleaned up. All the common areas were also very clean. Staff was great, friendly and professional.
Negatives:
The ice machine wasn't working on our floor. I notified management. The bed was firmer than we're used to. There weren't any dressers in the room.
