Off US-202, this relaxed all-suite hotel is 5 miles from Valley Forge National Historical Park and 8 miles from the vintage Colonial Theater. We're also just 25 miles from downtown Philadelphia. The low-key 1- and 2-bedroom suites feature kitchens, separate living areas with pull-out sofas, and flat-screen TVs with cabled channels, plus free Wi-Fi. The hotel has a 24/7 gym, a seasonal outdoor pool and a sports court, as well as a BBQ area. Other amenities include a business center, plus a 24-hour laundry facility and bookable meeting space. Guests can access our guest house/lobby, which has lots of public seating, during office hours. Positives:
Nothing! After 4 different rooms asked for a refund! Bugs on beds, hair everywhere, carpets not vacuumed, floors not swept, urine on toilets, hair on toilets, questionable stains on mattresses, stains everywhere, broken tables, dirt and debris in all drawers, overall terrible! No housekeeping it seems, office staff not very helpful.

The place was so terribly maintained, the sofa and the chairs were peeling and surface were torn, in one of the bedroom there were blood looking stain on the carpet, on the curtain, the bed board and all over the wall. The stains looked like blood were splashed from a crime scene. A used soap was left in the bathtub area.
It was a horrible experience, because it was a residence setting accommodation, there were no one who we can talk to after we retrieved our key from the lock box.
Our family had visited the Longwood Garden and stayed for the night fountain show, so we didn't arrive until almost 11pm, when no one answered the after hour number, we had no choice but to stay in that suite for the night.
Truly horrifying experience.

There were a few stains on our bedding. The fire alarm went off at 3am which we were told happens sometimes. Took about 30 min to go off w/o any explanation.
