It was a great spot. Clean, comfortable. Had dog so easy and and out to walk. Grassy areas around building. I saw reviews about no silverware etc. All you have to do is ask and they will deliver to you.
Negatives:
There was $100 deposit. It is definitely noted at the facility. It was not anywhere in Booking.com. I just would have liked to have been aware ahead of time.

Manager Sharito and Serena were the best part of the stay! They both deserve pay raises. The location was good, too, right off 202, quick to the highway. This was about the extent of what we liked.
Negatives:
Facilities were outdated, furniture and cabinets falling apart! A cabinet door hinge broke while opening it. Luckily, it happened to me and didn't fall on my wife or children. The bathroom sink had a huge crack in it. Stove was out of a camper. The big burner I had to unplug and plug back in every time we used it. The dishwasher was not secured into the cabinetry. The list goes on.
Cleaning needs to be done better. We had to ask for a mop to clean the floors ourselves (we chose to) the night we arrived.
Lucky I can't add more than four photos.

Management is terrible. The employees they’re trying but they need a better manager. Management cares more about the residents business than the hotel. They never have the breakfast out. So that just doesn’t come with the package from what I see. I got a room with a pull out for my kids. It did t work. I Called the front desk they said the person who checked u in should have told u not to pull it out. I hurt my back pulling it out. It was terrible. No dish soap. They poured some dawn in a cup. My kids could have drunk it and got sick. They didn’t have sheets on the bed. It was horrible. Trash all on the side of the refrigerator. I really want all my money back

We loved that you have the deluxe room that sleeps 6 so we can travel with our 4 kids.
Negatives:
We were on a tight schedule to attend a wedding. We were told an early check in would be an option. It wasn't which was okay but at the 3pm normal check in time our room still wasn't ready! Then the next morning no one was at the desk to check out. We had to wander around the hotel for 20 minutes to find staff. The breakfast also was really awful. We knew it was just grab and go but they only had oatmeal and nutrigrain bars. Not even a bowl to make your oatmeal in. Some pastries or juice would have been great.
