From the 2 minutes I was there, the lobby looked clean and it’s probably a nice enough place.
Negatives:
I showed up late at night with a reservation. Their computer system happened to be down and they were unable to check me in, they said I had to wait an unknown amount of time or go someplace else. I went someplace else, but Sheraton said I would get my money back but I didn’t get it because they said that I had checked in. This is probably an okay place to stay for most people most of the time, but based on my experience I do not recommend them and I would go with another nearby hotel which is more reliable and trustworthy.

The restaurant was the best. Barbara was our server and she made sure we enjoyed ourselves.
Negatives:
The room we were assigned was next to the highway and you could hear every car. There was a lacrosse tournament so the hotel had a lot of kids taking over the pool area.

The bed was VERY comfortable. It was nice to have a bar on-site for a drink/snack at night. Very close to Immaculata University.
Negatives:
Initially had a problem with the room type - we booked a king room with sofa bed on this site. Upon arrival there were no rooms of that type available - they were fully booked. After showing the Booking.com confirmation indicating the room type had two beds, I was accommodated with a king room with a pull-out sofa, but it wasn't ready for an early check-in. Upon check-in several hours later, and inspection of the room, it was apparent that particular room hadn't been rented in a long time and certainly wasn't recently cleaned. Housekeeping brought linens for the pull -out: a top sheet, bottom sheet, lumpy pillow with case, thin blanket. There were cobwebs on the walls/ceiling, lots of staining on the walls and bathroom vanity, dirty/sticky spots in the tub, the shower rod was wrapped (probably because the bathroom door banged into it and wasn't able to be open fully). A receptacle next to the bed was out of the wall with several plugs in it, and the dresser had a white film all over the side of it. There was also a loud howling of the wind outside and draft from the windows, room service trays sat in the hallway almost all of Saturday, housekeeping made the main bed on day two but did nothing with the pull-out.
