Rooms was big and clean.
Negatives:
It was advertised with breakfast, but breakfast was only (instant) coffee (no milk or creamer provided) and packed muffins, nothing else at all. Staff was not friendly, at check out there was nobody to find - had to wait a while and the guy that came then seemed pretty annoyed.

The pool was nice and the looks of the room was nice once we finally got what we paid for.

I booked days ahead, and when me and my family arrived the staff tried to give me a smaller room and still charged for a suit and said that's all they had to offer. And the 1st room they gave me had a broken door. I had to debate with staff till I got what I paid for cause i discussed why i shouldnt be charged for a suit with 2 queens with a sofa bed and they give me what they called a king bed room that had a chair they said i could use to sleep on. There was no good selection for breakfast. Only packaged boiled eggs, yogurt cups, or an oatmeal pack. No coffee

Negatives:
No phone in room. Had to godown to front desk for every issue. Air conditioner didn't work, then no hair dryer in room.
I also had a booking on 5/29 which I called to cancel because our flight was late and the rental car closed. I was told there wouldn't be a problem with a refund and to call manager next day. The manager said because it was 3rd party booking I was out of luck. Booking.com indicated that if I called hotel to cancel they could make an exception.
