It was quiet even though it was crowded because the cars were there. Very nice breakfast options too, I’m a picky eater in the am and they had different options daily and the mini muffins were delicious.

The bed was squeaky and I weigh nothing….the other bed was lumpy….so I slept in the squeaky one

Positives:
Bed was very comfortable.
Breakfast was hot and delicious.
Housekeeping was lax, our bed was never made, I wasn't expecting linen changed during our 4 nights stay but bed should have been made up.
Room was cleaned but Kleenex was not refilled, or drinking cups refilled.
Breakfast was a pleasure especially the woman in charge, always asking how to be of assistance.
Would return if in the area.

Toilet did plug up that we had to notify the front desk about, twice.

Positives:
The breakfast buffet is excellent. The staff go above and beyond to make sure everyone is top notch. This is the main reason we keep coming back to this hotel.
Negatives:
The TV was not working. We were promised that maintenance staff would look into the issue. That never happened. On the second day I again reported the issue only this time the young man at the desk personally went to our room and reprogrammed the input to resolve the issue. This was very much appreciated.
