Bathtub drain was blocked! I couldn’t call the reception because the room phone is dead!! Went down to the reception and there was no one to fix it. I offered to do it myself and got a plunger from the reception and returned it!!!
The toilet seat has only one screw!! Yes, the second screw is completely missing!! The seat moved all over and girls in my family were not comfortable using the toilet. Lastly, a large chunk of of wall paper was detached and hanging down exposing the moldy wall behind!! Gross!! What a shame, this is an IHG property!!
