It didnt have a cleanliness feeling. Outdated rooms making it look and feel dirty. Trash in the floor, refrigerator didnt seem to be working, desk chair had rips and looked like it was pulled out of the trash.

Although the location was very good, ease getting in and out of property was difficult. I know there is probably little to be done about this. I for one, and Im sure other people, dont like the idea of making a left turn onto Carlisle Pike especially during a rush hour!

When I checked in and asked what time the breakfast would be open till, I was told 10:00 am. When I went to the room shortly before 10:00 the door was locked and the attendant would not let me in. I was irritated. While packing my CPAP equipment I must have left a part in the room. It was a connecter for the host to the mask. When I called to see if anyone picked it up it was not. I had to pay $135.00 for a new part. Good help is hard to find. The support staff need to think better. I was very unhappy to say the least.
