The room hadn't been cleaned for a long time based on the cobwebs covering light fixtures. There was feces on the bathroom wall and some other kind of substance above the headboard. Housekeeping never cleaned the 4 days we were there.

I joined Hilton Honors when we stayed a few months ago in North Carolina, the hotel was beautiful, the breakfast was outstanding, wonderful reception, staff were warm and welcoming. This location really set the bar high.
Negatives:
Quite honestly this stay was horrible. have recently stayed at other Hilton locations, and they don't measure up at all. Unfortunately, our recent stay this past weekend in PA was terrible. Friday evening, we experienced a water main break which cut off the water to the hotel and surrounding area, there was a boil water alert, and we weren't notified about it until we saw the signs on the door Saturday morning. The hotel did provide bottled water. Saturday morning, we were awoken by the fire alarm at 6:45AM. Saturday afternoon after returning to the hotel, our A/C unit gave out on our end of our floor leaving our room at 79 degrees. We had to request to switch rooms. Breakfast on both Saturday and Sunday were mediocre at best and very scarce of items. After getting into a slight disagreement with the one girl at the front desk and getting a manager involved, she finally agreed to credit us $150. for all of the issues. There was one girl, Kirsten, who was very helpful in getting our room changed and speaking with the manager for the credit. Not sure if I will be booking another Hilton property in the future or not.

Positives:
The standard size rooms here are considerably larger than other hotels in the area. This hotel is situated in a large outdoor mall with other similarly marketed hotels situated next door. However, this hotel, while not being absolutely new, has much larger rooms that are more suite style with fully appointed kitchens and an above standard breakfast. There's also laundry and a pool table with a swimming pool that's open from 9am-10pm daily. It's also within a reasonable distance from Hershey's if you're looking for a place to stay.
