Stayed previously, not bad . Staff no real interactions , breakfast fine, not deep cleaned but tolerable
Negatives:
Room I stayed had bed bugs, bitten up called the office once I figured what issue was reported. Manager will have to call send email to them with photos 5 days no response!

The lobby was beautiful. Had a nice pool and a warm hot tub.

My shower did not work properly. The know was broke ,it dripped all night. Bed was too soft,woke up with back pain.

The curtains had crusty stains on them. There were rotten strawberries in the fridge. The microwave was just used and it smelled so bad and still had steam in it. Im just glad i didnt pay full price for this room. The hot tub was luke warm.
