The bed had metal slabs sticking out which unfortunately led to my 3 year old getting a cut across his back. Dog walk area had trash all over. Tub plug was broken so kids couldn’t take a bath. Floor was sticky and dirty.

The first room they put me in had bugs in it on the ceiling and on the wall almost look like ladybugs but I'm sure they weren't. They then moved me. Just wasn't real pleased at all

Where is start. When we checked in they made sure they had signs and told us that there was no housekeeping at night nor on the weekends. No breakfast and the coffee was not coffee I wouldn't even call it that. Rooms were dusty and not clean like they should have been. Stains on the top blanket. Ceiling in the bathroom was coming apart and water damage that needed to be replaced not repaired. The tub spout was coming out of the wall. And while I was doing my makeup a roach was climbing up the bathroom wall. We left for the day with friends cam back to the room and towels and trash had been taken out and we were told no housekeeping so if that's the case why go into our rooms. Also don't leave anything out while gone. I had white wash cloth that was mine from home that I use to wipe my makeup brushes on and they took it. Will not stay here again. Needs to be renovated badly.

The door on the side wasn't accessible using our room cards. Could only enter through the main lobby which was an inconvenience since our room was the whole way at the end of the hall by an exit door. The shower flooded the floor. Only gave us 2 towels.

There was no pool. It was under construction (No mention on the website or when I called)
There was no breakfast. Room was full of construction equipment. No mention on the website or at check in. Found out in the morning when we came downstairs. Couldn't even offer us a bottle of water.
Pretty sure the indian family that works/ runs the hotel has a bunch of them living there. There were a bunch of cars basically double parked and whenever you were in the lobby there were different people coming and going from the back room behind the desk. Most of the first floor has paper employee only signs on all the doors. It seems to be where everyone was hanging out.
Just a terrible experience. Would never recommend or stay there again.
