I did a late checkin at 1 AM and I requested the staff if I could checkout at 12 instead of 11 AM and he said yes and when checking out at 12 another staff chardged me extra 1hr for 2 rooms and when asked he was rude and he didn’t care what the other employee said and I had a bad experience for it
