The location was nice to be close to a lot of restaurants/shops.
Negatives:
The place was dirty. The carpet upon entering was filled with debris. Our room smelled heavily of cooked food and the fridge in the room smelled strongly of seafood. There were black spores inside the one drawer (looked like mold.) The carpets had a lot of stains. The vent in the bathroom looked like it had never been dusted and above the fridge had a lot of dust. The walls had what looked like grease splatter on them. Overall the vibe was off putting. Some random man knocked on our door asking where someone lived. We only needed to stay for a short time (1 night) but cut that down due to a family situation. We stayed 3 hours. The front desk worker was on the phone with the manager who was dealing with another guest who was complaining of room filth. I was told I would get a half refund. But when the charge posted to my account, it was the full price. I called the place asking for the manager and also sent an email as I prefer things to be in writing. No response.

you could tell someone had thrown up before we got there. The bathroom smelled awful, and throw up was on the wall that we cleaned up.
