I messed up the reservation through a third-party app. The front desk staff was very happy to assist with correcting the issue.
Negatives:
Parking is terrible, had to loop the parking lot several times to get a space. Where I ended up parking was shortened by trash and overgrown hillside. many work trucks had to park sideways to fit. There is no trailer parking at all.
My hotel room door looked like it had been ripped of the hinges and had the hinges replaced with garage door hardware.
The room itself was ok, carpet was sticky, lots of dust and debris in the nooks and crannies.

Absolutely nothing. I arrived at the property at 9:00 after traveling 4 hours to get there for a dance comp. When I got to the desk the staff was very rude. Said I didn’t have a room after showing them my confirmation they said it really wasn’t their problem. This is after I had paid in advance. We ended up having to travel 27 miles away to another hotel with no refund of money and pay for another hotel.

Negatives:
May be it is time to add/remove a few items from the standard breakfast at the hamptons. Being said that I am gald they are serving breakfast for this price.
