Whether it is parents' weekend, homecoming or graduation, we are happy to host students, alumni and their guests from Gwynedd-Mercy College, Delaware Valley College, Arcadia University and the Temple University Ambler campus. The location close to the shops and my working area. Good wifi that was stable through out. Friendly staff that are helpful all the time and the flexible late check out since I was allowed an hour more was appreciated

It was unclear during booking that there would be no breakfast only to find out on arrival. Also that the room is not clean or refreshed on a daily basis is something that I would not have settled for if I had known on booking

Well couldn't get in or out of the room with out killing yourself ! Door wouldn't open! Management was completely rude n didn't care that I was completely unsatisfied! Tub was gross please is filled w drug addicts n pedophiles ! Yuck atleast my room didn't have bed bugs but it was awful! Looked like the cops kicked the door in 100xs

The property location was easy to find and in an area with a lot of food and stores. The property was your basic no frills motel. The staff was attentive to my needs and very friendly. It was no Hilton, but there were the prices.
Negatives:
Continental breakfast would have been great. It shows a breakfast area on the pictures but it didn't claim to have it in the writing so no harm done there. They did have self serve tea and coffee in the office area.

The property is in a very good location. It is surrounded by grocery shops and restaurants. The staffs have a very cordial behavior.
Negatives:
The condition of the bedroom and the restroom were not good. There were stains in the bedsheet and the restroom had water spilled over the floor. They did not even bothered to change the toilet papers for the new boarder.
