Was completely awful. The front desk clerk was horrific and displayed no emotion whatsoever and no respect whatsoever and was discriminatory towards me and my fianc for no reason and winded putting us on the do not rent list for no apparent reason just cause he wanted to make things difficult for us and he had done so . We had a couple more stays and we were told we were to have our room held for us even though we had a reservation but he said he would hold that specific room for us cause we both had to go to work n check out because we didnt have the money for that night and after work with our service dog me and my fianc had to sleep in our car due to him not upholding our reservation and his word and sold the last pet room and stayed in our car several nights and we havent been back since due to us being both out on a do not rent list just to make our lives more difficult and mind u we have been homeless for about two years not due to our fault it was the county ofMontgomerys fault unlawful displacement from our apartment of seven years. Won our eviction cases out slumlord landlord had repossessed his property out of a personal malicious act against us for no reason totally illegal.!
