The breakfast was actually great. There were so many options to choose from. It wasn't just your normal continental breakfast. It was really good.
Negatives:
The staff at the front counter did not seem friendly and welcoming. We had an 8 month old baby with us and she made a little mess right through the diaper and through her pajamas. We asked that they please change our sheets and that we were really sorry about that. They gave us quite the attitude about it. It got to be dinner time and they still hadn't changed the sheets, so when we asked about it, the front desk clerk gave us new sheets and told us to change the sheets ourselves. We were paying over $200/night and we have to change our own sheets because the baby had a "blow out" if you know what I mean. It certainly wasn't anything that could have been prevented.
Another piece of this is that the pool was down. We made these reservations 6 months prior to our stay. The biggest reason we chose this hotel was because they had a pool. I feel like we should have been notified of this prior to coming so we had an opportunity the make other arrangements. Instead, we find out when we get there. Obviously it was too late to cancel and find someplace else.
In addition, the carpet on the floor was disgustingly filthy. It was nasty. Other areas of the room were clean, it was just the carpet floor that was bad. But with an 8 month old, that made things difficult.

Front desk desk staff upon arrival refused all forms of payment (including cash) except for credit card... front desk staff upon departure. Was promised late check out, in writing, but "they were too full" and we "had to" checkout early. Telling my CHILD to get out, not saying anything to me (the adult).

i book the 3 room suite at least 45 days prior, 3 hours before we were to arrive, i received a call that our room was not available. they gave us 2 separate rooms. walked in to check in and there is a sign the pool and hot tub are closed. we had no warning of this. my room that had 2 queen beds smelled like seafood shanty. i sprayed the beds, carpets and sofa with disinfectant and rubbing alcohol, it did not remove the smell. i didn't want to disrupt myself and the grandkids by moving to another room at that time of the evening. The breakfast was half of what the allentown breakfast was at the staybridge in allentown we stayed in june, and the trash cans in the eating area and especially the trash can next to the food smelled horrible with gnats around the can and they were flying into the food. Just disappointed all around, coffee was horrible.

The hotel was clean, and breakfast was included. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was courteous, friendly, and helpful when I had questions or needed additional supplies. We were very comfortable. I like that Costco and a variety of restaurants were walking distance away.
Negatives:
I guess it would be the smell of the room when you come in. Maybe because of the carpet. It didn't smell like cigarettes or anything like that, but it didn't have a good smell. Nothing Febreeze couldn't fix.
