Really nice room. Like a little apartment. Everything was clean. The staff was really nice. It's a great location. Very quiet and tucked away but close enough to things. There's a great ice cream shop and mini golf course within walking distance.

I never got to stay because the hotel canceled my room before I got there. Then they charged me a 1 nights stay and my money has yet to be refunded. I was told that I had to go through booking to receive it.

Can't say anything that I liked about this place. Was very excited to stay, I recently moved from the area local to this hotel and was coming back to pick up some more of my belongings and see family. This was over the July 4th holiday. I booked this hotel because it was going to be close to where I needed to be early the next morning. Convenience. However when I arrived at the hotel the woman behind the front desk looked at my ID and immediately said that they do not accept locals. This was not written anywhere on the booking.com website or the extended stay of America website. But my card was already charged. She just told me other locals ruined it and I explained my situation and she did not help whatsoever. So I was stuck with no reservation and the money already taken off my card. I left in tears because I had no words, my frustration level was so high. I did end up getting a refund after a few days, but the time spent, gas spent, the money for other accommodations that would accept me and just the burden of all of this is much greater. Very unhappy and I will be taking this further. Again if this is a policy of a hotel it should be listed somewhere along with stating how far away is considered local in their eyes.
