Immediately walking into the room there was an old/smokey/musty smell. It wasn?t a deal breaker as we were there just to sleep a few hours after a concert before heading back home but it definitely threw me off guard.

The room was extremely smelly. It smelled like a wet dog. The male person at the front desk refused to changed my room. Instead he said that it smells bad because the AC wasnt on. Also, he only greeted my husband when we first arrived even though the reservation was in my name.
