Positives:
The staff was great and the breakfast was hot and options were great! The pool was good, though a bit mildewy.

The hallways and room were not overly clean. There was visible dirt on the carpets and hair in the shower that didn't belong to us.

This hotel should absolutely be rated higher. Impeccably clean, modern and well maintained rooms. Locations is safe in a quiet area, but also very convenient to dining, convenience, gas and main road access. Breakfast was unbeatable, several hot options

Room 101 toilet tissue holder to far from commode. Couldnt reach, put roll of paper on the back of the toilet.

The hotel is in a central location for my work which makes it very convenient for me to stay at. Ive stayed here numerous times before the pandemic and continued staying here once my travels resumed for work after the pandemic ended.
Negatives:
The quality of service at this hotel has definitely declined since before the pandemic. The tv or internet in my room wasnt working and at the bare minimum the price you pay you to stay there would expect for those things to be working properly.
