Positives:
The staff was friendly and helpful. They were nice people in a crappy place.
Negatives:
The room was not clean. We found roaches and other bugs, both living and dead. The were men standing on the balconies watching us as we unpacked. We asked the staff about the safety of items left in the car, and were advised to park in front of the office, but still no guarantees. The doors of ALL of the rooms looked like they had been damaged: all the paint scraped off and dirty looking. The shower had no water pressure. The worst shower of my life.

We felt somewhat personally unsafe and concerned for our car and about the hygiene of the room

The place was filthy and as soon as we walked in the door we watched the roaches scatter. We turned around and walked back out the door. I have stayed in alot of places and never seen it this bad. They need alot of help there. We didn't even stay we left immediately

Shower curtains were moldy. Beds super uncomfortable. No refrigerator or other appliances in the room when other doors were open you could clearly see these were in the other rooms.

The pool was not usable the sink in the room leaked
