Bed was comfortable shower was okay they allowed a late check out which I was very grateful for.

The breakfast they say is complimentary. It’s very basic and if you’re a coeliac or gluten-free they have zero options and were not prepared to cater for any dietary requirements in spite of the fact there were a number of guests in our booking and we were there for a number of days, this is not okay and not acceptable I would also like to highlight the fact that there were a number of yoghurts in the fridge for breakfast that were three weeks out of date. This is also not acceptable and not okay.

The breakfast was what a continental breakfast should be not disappointed.
What I did not like was 1. You charged my card, but normally you do that once you check out. Maybe in the past other people left without paying them, not me.
2. The room was not clean- sheets had a hold in
them- bedspread had a stain-hair all over the cob webbs..
To me, if you are paying almost $300 should get better.
My fault I did not read the reviews and this place should not be called an Inn but a motel.
The Windows are dirty, and the curtains are dirty, the rooms are outside like a motel.
I lived and learned not to go there again.

The hotel appeared to be a shell of its former self. The tennis court was not maintained and rather sad looking. The rooms were clean, but subpar for costing $350 per night. I've never paid this much for a room without having any amenities before. I chose the place because they allowed dogs.

1st room given had unmade bed and towels on floor. 2nd room had mildew on the drapes. Third and final room had black mold on the ceiling we didn’t immediately discover. Terrible security - entrance doors wide open all night. Light switch and power outlets did not work. Booking.com should drop this horrible property from their system.
