Big, practical and clean room.
Friendly staff trying to help accommodate a change of room to move further away from loud aircon unit for the building just outside the room.

Short distance to New Hope,

There was no water in the room. The only water available was in the lobby in a large ja. By end of day the water is warm and not satisfying. Only other water had to be purchased in the lobby.

Breakfast and location great. Pool wasn’t in service and if we had known that when booking we would have gone somewhere else. Our birthday weekend plans were to go to Sesame Saturday am and then swim in the afternoon because of torrential downpours. Imagine our surprise when we arrive at the pool with a two year old to find out it was closed. The people at the front desk Saturday were rude about the pool and said it was in tiny print at top of their site. I searched numerous sites and found it in one. So if you call in or book through another company you don’t know about the pool. There is no sign at check in about the pool and nothing in the paper they give you about the various areas in the hotel. The fire extinguisher on second floor had the glass panel pushed in and my grandson cut his finger in the metal. I did report it to front desk. This is not what I expected for a birthday weekend, extremely disappointed. Oh- also at breakfast the first morning the women in the pantry were talking loudly about things your customers shouldn’t hear and were using inappropriate language. Another concern with children around.
