I liked the convenience of everything and the proximity of my daughter’s graduation. The breakfast was also great for the value.

It was very outdated, the rooms were not that clean at all, bathrooms were falling apart, stains on the furniture, room doors didn’t work properly…the laundry list goes on. The pool was also closed which was the main reason for our booking this property. It was not listed on the booking.com site/app. Booking only offered 20% of the stay which sucked because we booked this to celebrate our daughter’s HS graduation with her friends. It was disappointing and we could not find another property within reason because everything was booked. The hotel said they would credit us one night but we have yet to receive the credit.

It’s only worth the price...
Positives:
My wife and daughter loved that we had two rooms so my daughter could get herself ready without interrupting us or slowing each other down and not having to pay for two rooms or adjacent rooms.

Torn carpet, USB charging did not work, only 1 little bar of soap in bath
Bugs in light of bathroom, a/c very loud as well as exhaust fan in bathroom sounded like an airplane taking off. There needs to be some kind of curfew for the disrespectful parents that let their children run up and down the hallways yelling and screaming, for letting their children yelling and screaming on the basketball court with balls hitting the windows and the side of the building, throwing their trash on the lawn. I made my paid reservation on 5/1 and I arrived at 3pm for checkin I had to wait for a room. I would think that a room would be available when I arrived. I was totally disappointed with my stay there and will rethink another stay cation at this facility.

Breakfast was good with a nice variety of hot and cold options. Rooms were huge and very comfortable, and the hotel itself was nice and quiet. Staff were very friendly and helpful - I asked about luggage storage in the city on checkout and the staff member on reception was incredibly helpful - rang around some hotels in the city for me to ask about the possibility of luggage storage, and also printed off some information on luggage storage services for me.

Sometimes there wasn't too much left for breakfast a little bit later on in the breakfast service window, so best to get there early.
