Enjoyed everything about this Inn from the moment we stepped in to the moment we checked out. Staff was incredible. Always willing to assist and friendly. Loved the meet/greet in the mornings for breakfast and especially in the evenings. Just an all around enjoyable experience. Would definitely stay there again.

Positives:
There was some street noise that didn’t bother me but did wake my husband. The cocktail hour was lovely. The continental breakfast was not elaborate but was very nice. The staff were wonderful.

The best is the staff. I lost a personal item on the way to the hotel, and the girls at the reception were wonderfully supportive in helping me out and try to locate it. They exceed my expectations. Otherwise, the room is spacious and comfortable, and the neighbourhood is nice.

There was nothing to dislike about the hotel. But if you want your coffee to be really hot, you'd better show up early at breakfast...

One of the staff members was very apologetic and tried her best to understand and help the situation.

On the first night I was there I woke up with mysterious bites, and I found bed bugs in my bed on the morning of the second night I was there, so I’d spent two nights living in a room invested with bugs. When I spoke to the hotel, they refunded one night and moved me to a new room, but have refused to refund the second night. Though I appreciate the staff member who tried to help me, at over $200AUD a night, I’m extremely disappointed by the state of the room and the lack of ability to refund the second night. Do not stay here.
