Despite this being a very disappointing stay in virtually every respect, the one bright spot was Amir who checked us in and was very helpful and accommodating.
Negatives:
The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable; breakfast was mediocre at best. (the danish were especially bad. Sorry if that sounds petty but I enjoy fresh, local pastries)

Positives:
I hated the service provided by this hotel. We were a couple, and my reservation was to a room with a couple bed. The management made a huge mistake booking a room with a single bed for me and my husband. One of us had to sleep on the ground. When they have understood their mistake, they said that they could not change us to another room because they were full booked due to Memorial Day weekend.
Negatives:
They treated us with disrespect and did not accepted their mistake. Alexander Inn management blamed BOOKING for do not provided them the proper reservation data. Their behavior was ridículos.

Horrible. I hated the place....
Positives:
We’d highly recommend our stay in Alexander’s Inn! We had a bit of difficulty with our booked room through booking.com and Selina went above and beyond to accommodate us. She was fantastic and made us feel really welcome.
The breakfast is good: it’s a selection of cereals, pastries, and bagels. There’s coffee and juice too. The neighbourhood is fun! There are lots of restaurants and pubs. It’s a short walk from Jefferson Station.

Breakfast needs some fresh fruit and upgraded yogurt selection. Coffee was not premium.

Rooms need upgrade. Especially the bathroom where the shower water flooded the floor. AC was weak and tv volume was limited.
