Very clean room in a great location of the city. We had a corner room that had great views of the city.
Negatives:
The pictures of the breakfast are extremely deceptive. There was no fresh fruit or variety and I wish we wouldn't have paid for it. The bed was rock hard and the bathroom very small which made it hard to have more than one person get ready in the morning. Our room on the 6th floor was so warm we had to open up windows in December.

bed was terrible worst bed I've ever slept in inthe United States. I've actually stayed at third world bed n breakfasts that had more comfortable beds. frankly it ruined the whole experience since the point of hotel room is a place to sleep at your destination.

the hotel is in an old building, one of the protected historic landmarks in Phili. Art Deco style, decorations, and windows can open and get fresh air inside the room. There is a social hour from 5 to 7:30 PM to enjoy wine and some snacks. There was a good breakfast. Parking for the car was in a garage with a 10% discount. Day and nignt parking 38$.
